Every Time Pamela Anderson Has Gone Makeup Free in Public: Photos

Pamela Anderson is showing that natural beauty is still in. The 56-year-old mom of two first made headlines when she showed up for Paris Fashion Week without an ounce of makeup. Since then, she's appeared at several other events showcasing her fresh face.

Though the decision was a seamless one on her part, it was also prompted by the death of her longtime makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, who died from breast cancer in 2019.

"She was the best. And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup," the actress told Elle.

Going makeup-free also gave the Baywatch actress a chance to go against the norms — which she has always enjoyed. She told Elle the decision has been “freeing, and fun, and a little rebellious too."

"Because I did notice that there were all these people doing big makeup looks, and it’s just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite of what everyone’s doing,” she added.

Pamela Anderson was a ray of sunshine in a bright yellow dress, spruced up by her golden locks, as she attended the Isabel Marant fashion show on Sept. 28, 2023, as part of Paris Fashion Week.

"I don't know, something just kind of came over me and I was dressing in these beautiful clothes and I thought, 'I don't want to compete with the clothes,' " the Baywatch star said in a video for Vogue France. "I'm not trying to be the prettiest girl in the room. I feel like it's just freedom. It's a release."

"I don't need a stylist. I don't have a stylist," she added. "I don't have a glam team. I'm just kind of doing this, freestyle."
