If you have pregnancy on activated, it means the respective LIs, Alex, Annie, Dalia, Luna, Nancy, Nova and Penelope will become pregnant if the protagonist comes inside of them at some certain stages later as the story progresses (for instance in Caribdis' previous project Once In A Lifetime the impregnations began from v0.7 onwards). If you don't have that activated, then the protagonist in your playthrough won't have to be concerned about becoming a father or having to find a way to pay for child support.

Should that come to pass, Alex, Annie, Dalia, Luna, Nova and Penny might become MILFS and Nancy a GILF by the time this kid turns 18. And if Maximo gives to his soon to be born baby the protagonist's name, his necronym will have a lot to catch up.
