  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

You're never gonna learn of change your ways are you tenguy. Kimiko agreeing with the option I quoted not my tongue in cheek addition and that is obvious.

Damn if you can't get away with these shitty little game with me what make you think you can get away with them with Kimiko. She'll really tear your ass up.

What programs that would actually help with jobs and money in the hands of the unemployed were short changed tenguy. The stimulus bill seemed pretty comprehensive to me.

Yeah right. We've got construction projects going in almost every state.

That's what I really like about the stimulus package that was passed it does offer great returns on our investment in terms of renewable energy, cutting our dependence on foreign oil, science, research and development, and education. Those are what this nation really needs for our future.

I think this makes a really pretty picture.

Note the run-up in debt starting in 1942. That's equivalent to $10 trillion today. That pulled the economy out of the great depression and into high gear to win World War II.

Oh, bullshit, tenguy. Anyone reading that exchange objectively would conclude that my intent was simply to agree with the program Stumbler proposed. And they would further conclude that you are nit-picking.

And your data stops where the current problem begins. Let's look at the rest of it, the CBO projections of "The One's" deficits. The Obama deficit TRIPLES W.'s, all on porkbarrel projects that have nothing to do with real recovery.

Unfortunately, the national debt, as a percentage of gross national product, was considerably lower in 1932 than it is now. By irresponsibly raising the national debt Ronald Reagan, George the Greater, and George the Lesser have reduced President Obama's ability to deal with the current crises.

Kimi, it is you who is picking the nit. As for myself, I merely pointed out the answer you gave and you go postal. You could have simply said that you erred in giving the impression that you agreed with the last sentence of the quoted post. Instead you ASSUME that people would not take your answer literally, I'll remember that in the future.

Does this mean that you do not want someone else to pay for your health care??

The best way to deal with the national debt is to squeeze the rich hard. In 1944 and 1945 the top tax rate was 94%. During the 1950's it was never lower than 91%.
    *not_secure_link*www.taxpolicycenter.org/taxfacts/displayafact.cfm?Docid=213

The rich are quite a bit richer than they were back then. There's plenty of money in this economy. We need for the government to take the money from rich Republicans, and spread the wealth around in order to buy votes for Democrat politicians. It worked for Franklin Roosevelt. It will work for President Obama.

No, it means that I'm one of the someones who is likely to end up paying for other people's health care. I don't have a problem with that. Do I have to spell it out for you?

But I don't look at it that way. I think society as a whole has a responsibility to ensure that everyone has access to quality health care. If that means that I pay more in taxes, so be it. Almost everything I pay in taxes benefits someone else, not me. That's not necessarily a bad thing.

Give it up tenguy. Nobody's going to fall for your shitty assed, shit stirring, intellectually dishonest game with Kimiko.

That's not what you said a few posts ago tenguy. You said:

    And I asked you:

Can't answer that one can you tenguy?

Well dissect it then. Tell us what portions of the bill are not geared to economic recovery?

And the cost of rescuing GM (which was only in bankruptcy for less than 40 days) is no where compared to the costs of losing a few million more jobs.

First let's not the total hypocrisy of Conservatives/Republicans suddenly taking what the CBO says as gospel when they spent eight years under Bush either ignoring the CBO or criticizing them. Lets bet that contradiction up front.

And now let's look at the deficit. That's the price we pay for allowing Conservatives/Republicans/Investment Bankers/Stock Brokers to loot our economy for their own greed.

And Kimiko assumed correctly and you're the only one trying to stir up trouble over something that was so fucking obvious to begin with.

It was a sarcastic joke tenguy and I don't think you would even be dense enough to pretend you didn't get it.

the real truth about Obamas health care reform is that it is failing, as well it should! thank you. your health has never been nor ever was a right nor the responsibility of someone else like me, it is your responsibility and yours alone, can you understand that concept? i doubt some here can. the democrats want me to support anyone that physically is present in the United States where everyone is covered at the beckon and call of the Federal government? when i get sick, pleaz, socialism really is a disease in my mind because it robs the human spirit of everything that makes that spirit.

Let me break my boycott just long enough to show you how utterly stupid you really are in one sentence Deidre dear.

We already treat people in need of medical care because no one, with possible exception of you, is willing to allow people to die in the street.

    The Big Picture

"Congress's chief budget analyst delivered a devastating assessment yesterday of the health-care proposals drafted by congressional Democrats, fueling an insurrection among fiscal conservatives in the House and pushing negotiators in the Senate to redouble efforts to draw up a new plan that more effectively restrains federal spending."

    -------

We should keep our eyes on the big picture. The big picture is that the United States already spends far more per capita on health care than countries with socialized medicine, and the results are less good. Here is the big picture:

Total Health Expenditure per Capita in U.S. Dollars, 25 Selected Countries, 2006 (adapted from Figure 35 in the report)

For decades the Republican Party has been waging successful class war against America's middle class. Accusing the Democrats of waging class war is like accusing a woman of rape when she resists.

pleaz again, class warfare between honest hard working Americans and liberals who like welfare and not taking jobs that might be beneath them. the Democratic party in the United States is a pariah in my mind, i can see Palin in 2012. a donkey? ok
